Do guests receive an actual 3D physical action figure?

Not usually. The standard activation creates a photo portrait of the guest as an action figure, boxed and blister-packed in your branding. Guests receive it digitally by text, as a print, or on custom merchandise such as a keychain, trading card, or magnet. Producing real, physical 3D figurines is possible for activations with substantial budgets — those are manufactured offsite after the event and mailed to guests rather than handed over on the day.

Can the accessories be our actual products?

Yes, and that is usually the strongest version. We build the accessory library from your product range so every figure ships with your merchandise in the pack.

Does the AI Action Figure Photo Booth need to be shot in front of a green screen?

No - while its an option to do so, due to the nature of the technology, green screens are not necessarily required for AI Action Figure shoots to perform properly. We can use a standard color or printed backdrop or fabricated set that might make sense for your activation footprint.

How does the AI Action Figure Photo Booth handle an inclusive range of ethnicities and genders?

Generative AI tools such as Midjourney and Stable Diffusion work by modifying a source image based on "noise" from countless reference images we've trained your event's model on. As such, we can add guest selectable parameters (such as gender & ethnicity) to the photo capture process so a guest's AI photo is created referencing images of subjects of the ethnicity and gender the user selects to help achieve the desired result.

In short, we employ the latest tech stack and tools available to ensure the highest likelihood of a desirable photo outcome for each guest. While no AI solution is perfect, we have ample backend guardrails in place to render the intended style in most situations.

How do event attendees receive their content?

In addition to printed keepsakes, our technology can deliver action figure content in real time via text message (SMS), email, social media plugins, or RFID systems integrations. Generally, the guest preferred method of content delivery is text message.

How much space does the experience need?

Most of our experiences run comfortably in an 8ft x 8ft to 10ft x 10ft footprint, and we can scale up or down to suit your floor plan. We confirm exact requirements against your venue plan during pre-production.

How many guests can you get through in an hour?

Most experiences take approximately 20 seconds to 2 minutes per guest depending on the format and how much personalisation is involved. We size staffing and stations against your expected attendance so the queue keeps moving.

What are the power requirements for this activation?

Each station needs a dedicated 110V, 15A, 3-prong outlet on its own circuit. For larger footprints with multiple stations, we coordinate with your venue or production team ahead of time so the right circuits are ready on load-in day.

What are the internet requirements?

We recommend a hardwired ethernet connection or a dedicated WiFi network with at least 25-30 Mbps up and down for smooth, real-time content delivery. As a backup, we bring our own hotspot to every event, so a spotty venue connection won't slow down your activation.

How do you ensure our photo booth will run smoothly?
