How is this different from a video booth?

A GIF is a short silent loop that autoplays and repeats. It is faster to capture, faster to share, and better suited to high-volume footprints than a longer video format.

What are your prices for GIF Booths?

Each creative project is unique and the production costs will invariably reflect that. Please give us a call or email us and we'll get back to you with a general estimate on costs straight away.

How do event attendees receive their content?

In addition to printed keepsakes, our software can deliver photo booth content in real time via text message (SMS), email, social media plugins, or RFID systems integrations. Generally, the guest preferred method of content delivery is text message. For GIF Booths guests send their content from the booth itself or iPad sharing stations nearby.

How much space does the experience need?

Most of our experiences run comfortably in an 8ft x 8ft to 10ft x 10ft footprint, and we can scale up or down to suit your floor plan. We confirm exact requirements against your venue plan during pre-production.

How many guests can you get through in an hour?

Most experiences take approximately 20 seconds to 2 minutes per guest depending on the format and how much personalization is involved. We size staffing and stations against your expected attendance so the queue keeps moving.

What are the power requirements for this activation?

Each station needs a dedicated 110V, 15A, 3-prong outlet on its own circuit. For larger footprints with multiple stations, we coordinate with your venue or production team ahead of time so the right circuits are ready on load-in day.

What are the internet requirements?

We recommend a hardwired ethernet connection or a dedicated WiFi network with at least 25-30 Mbps up and down for smooth, real-time content delivery. As a backup, we bring our own hotspot to every event, so a spotty venue connection won't slow down your activation.

Does our graphic designer create the motion graphics and UI artwork?

We're happy to work either way.  Send us your creative assets and our Art Directors will handle graphics end to end, or we can provide your creative team with specifications for them to produce if easier for your team's workflow.

Do you provide set fabrication services?

We are a team of technologists and as such do not handle set fabrication in house. We're happy to collaborate with your fab team or can refer you to one of our trusted fabrication partners for a turnkey experience. For backdrop enclosures, we can handle the print production and sourcing.

Do you provide printed backdrops or props?

For backdrops enclosures we can handle the print production and sourcing. For artwork simply provide us your creative assets and we'll deliver mock ups, or if you prefer we can provide dimensions for your creative team to produce the necessary Illustrator files. We're happy to source props or work with you to utilize ones you may already have in mind.

How do you ensure our activation will run smoothly?

With our years of experience delivering the industry's most complex photo booth systems, we always ensure a trusted member of our technical team is onsite for your activation. Additionally, they can help manage your assigned brand ambassador staff to help run the experience.
