The guide
Everything to know before you book
How it works, what you get, where we've done it and what it takes on site.
How it works

A sports fan zone activation is a branded photo, AI or video experience in a fan zone, concourse or watch party. Fans get personalized content in seconds, like a custom trading card or a slow-motion hero clip. Teams and sponsors get opt-in fan data and organic social reach.
We've built them for teams, leagues and sponsors from Wrigley Field to Dodger Stadium. Pick a proven format and we layer on your team colors, sponsor marks and custom creative.
What you get
- An unforgettable fan experience. Fans walk away with personalized content they actually want to post.
- First-party fan data. Every opt-in is a contact your partnerships and marketing teams can use.
- Sponsor deliverables. Sponsor marks on every output, plus a recap of interactions, opt-ins and shares for renewals.
- Organic reach. Every fan posts an on-brand asset to their own feed, not just yours.
- Traffic & dwell time. A line fans want to be in pulls foot traffic to your footprint and keeps it there.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to what producers ask us most. Anything else, just ask.
What are the best fan zone activation ideas for brands and sponsors?
Formats that give every fan something personal with your brand on it: custom player cards, AI bobbleheads, campaign-style action shots, 360 slow-motion clips and flip prints. Choose keepsakes for loyalty, AI and video for social reach, and use opt-in sharing on all of them to capture fan data.
How many fans can you serve on gameday?
About 30 to 120 fans per hour per station, depending on the format. One trading card station served 713 photo sessions over three days at an MLB fan zone. We add stations and crew to match your attendance and peaks.
How far ahead should we book?
Recent sports activations went from first call to doors open in two to five weeks. Custom creative, printed backdrops and league or sponsor approvals add time, so earlier is better.
What do you need from the venue?
Roughly 10 by 10 ft per station, which we can condense, one dedicated 110V, 15A circuit per station and Wi-Fi at 25 Mbps up and down. We bring a cellular hotspot as backup. Outdoor stations need shade and rain cover, which we can provide.
Do you work inside stadiums and arenas?
Yes. We can provide staff names and vehicle details in advance for load-in, along with certificates of insurance. We have worked at Wrigley Field, Dodger Stadium, Citizens Bank Park and the United Center, so we know the needs and processes of marquee venues.
What does the brand get after the event?
A recap with the full gallery plus interactions, opt-ins and shares, so your team can show results to stakeholders and partners. Brand marks can appear on every output and across the footprint.
How do you handle fan photos and data consent?
We only use fan information to create each guest’s content and deliver it to them. If you want to capture fan data, guests must opt in and consent at the moment of capture, and we then deliver those opt-ins and the information collected to you. We can also add photo waivers at check-in when images will be used in marketing.
Can you use team, league and brand logos?
Yes, with the rights holder's approval. We work with your creative team to integrate your brand creative, produce proofs for you to approve and adjust copy where league rules require it.
Do you work with agencies and event producers?
Yes. We often collaborate with brand marketers, experiential and event producers, and creative and production agencies, whether we are working directly for the brand or as part of your production team.
Can you run a multi-day fan fest or a multi-city tour?
Yes. We run single gamedays, multi-day fan fests and touring activations across multiple cities. Send us your venue, expected attendance and how many days you need, and we will come back with recommended formats within one business day.
