Branded Instant Film Photographer for Events

  1. Our photographer finds you on the floor with a Polaroid or Instax camera.
  2. Pose wherever you're standing, solo or with your group.
  3. The print ejects and develops right in your hand.
  4. We finish it with a branded sticker, a custom branded frame folder, or both. It's yours to keep.

Analogue credibility no digital booth can imitate, because the scarcity is real. Real Polaroid and Instax film means one frame, one print, no retakes, which makes the object feel valuable in a way a reprint never does.

With a roaming photographer there is no line and no fixed footprint, and one photographer covers 30 to 60 guests or groups an hour. The branded sticker or frame folder on every print travels home in pockets and onto fridges and mirrors, keeping your logo in view long after the event ends.

What does an instant film photographer do at an event?

A Post Pop photographer roams your event with real Polaroid and Instax cameras, shoots guests solo or in groups, and hands every guest a print that develops in their hand, finished with your branded sticker or frame folder. It is a premium, line-free keepsake that works for launches, galas, premieres, brand dinners, concerts and VIP lounges.

How do you brand the instant film prints?

Two ways, and they can be combined: a custom printed sticker applied to the bottom of the white Polaroid or Instax border with your logo, event name or artwork, and an optional custom branded frame folder each print slides into so it travels home protected and on-brand.

Can you put our logo on the film itself?

The image area stays pure instant film, so we brand everything around it. A custom sticker on the bottom border is the most popular option because it looks native to the instant film format, and an optional branded frame folder adds a second brand touchpoint without covering the photo.

Can guests get a branded frame folder for their print?

Yes, as an optional add-on. It isn't required, since the branded sticker on the border works on its own. If you add folders, we custom print them in your brand design, and each guest gets their print in a keepsake folder that protects it while it develops and makes it feel like a gift, not a snapshot.

Is it real Polaroid film?

Yes. We shoot genuine Polaroid and Instax instant film, in color or black and white. The image starts appearing in about a minute, right in the guest's hand, which they love watching happen.

Polaroid or Instax: which should we choose?

Polaroid gives the larger, iconic square print with the classic white border and a softer vintage look. Instax develops faster and comes in mini, square and wide formats with sharper color. We recommend the format that fits your brand look, guest count and how you want prints displayed.

How many photos can your photographer take per hour?

A single roaming photographer typically covers 30 to 60 guests or groups an hour, depending on group sizes and how the room is moving. For larger crowds we add photographers so no one is missed.

Do guests and the brand get digital copies too?

Not by default. The standard experience is physical only: every guest walks away with one real instant film print. Digital copies are available as an option if we plan for them in advance, so our photographers can shoot on equipment that captures a digital file alongside each print.

How far ahead should we book branded stickers and folders?

Custom stickers and frame folders are printed before your event, so the earlier you book the better. We confirm print lead times and proofs with you when we scope the event.

Does it need power, Wi-Fi or a set?

No. It's a roaming setup, so there's no power, Wi-Fi or fixed footprint to plan for. The only space you might add is optional: a wall or tabletop where prints are placed for pickup or put on display.

How much does an instant film photographer cost?

Every activation is scoped to your event, so cost depends on the format, guest count, event hours, prints or keepsakes and any custom creative. Fill out the inquiry form, email get@postpopstudios.com or call +1 (513) 646-6425 and we will come back with an estimate within one business day.
