How much space does the experience need?

Most of our experiences run comfortably in an 8ft x 8ft to 10ft x 10ft footprint, and we can scale up or down to suit your floor plan. We confirm exact requirements against your venue plan during pre-production.

What are the power requirements for this activation?

Each station needs a dedicated stanbdard 110V, 15A outlet on its own circuit. For larger footprints with multiple stations, we coordinate with your venue or production team ahead of time so the right circuits are ready on load-in day.

What are the internet requirements?

We recommend a dedicated WiFi network with at least 20-30 Mbps up and down for smooth, real-time content delivery. As a backup, we bring our own dual band, multi carrier hotspot to every event, so a spotty venue connection shouldn't slow down your activation.

How many guests can you get through in an hour?

Each session runs about 30 seconds to 2 minutes, so a single station typically processes 25 to 40 guests per hour. For larger crowds, we can add multiple capture and card production stations to speed up throughput as needed.

How do event attendees receive their content?

Our technology can deliver content in real time via text message (SMS), email, QR code, automatic face match system, social media plugins, or RFID systems integrations. Generally the guest preferred method of content delivery is text message.
