What can you engrave?

Leather, coated and stainless metals, brass, anodised aluminium, wood, glass and acrylic. We source and pre-test every product in pre-production so the engraving is crisp on event day.

Is the laser safe in a crowded space?

Yes. Our lasers run fully enclosed with fume extraction and are operated by trained technicians. We review ventilation and placement with your venue ahead of load-in.

Can guests engrave their own photo?

Yes. The capture is converted into clean line art and engraved, which works especially well on brass, leather and wood.

Can you supply the products?

Yes. We can source premium blanks to your budget and brand colours, or engrave products you already have.

How much does a Laser Engraving experience cost for an event?

Each creative project is unique and the production costs will invariably reflect that. Please give us a call or email us and we'll get back to you with a general estimate on costs straight away.

How do event attendees receive their content?

Guests leave with the engraved product in hand. When a photo is part of the design, the portrait is also delivered digitally via text message (SMS) or email.

How much space does the experience need?

Most laser stations run comfortably in a 10ft x 10ft footprint with a product display and pickup counter, and we scale to multiple lasers for larger events. We confirm exact requirements against your venue plan during pre-production.

How many guests can you get through in an hour?

Engraving takes roughly 30 seconds to 3 minutes per item depending on the material and design. We run multiple lasers and a design queue so guests can browse while their item is made.

How do you ensure our activation will run smoothly?

With our years of experience delivering the industry's most complex photo booth systems, we always ensure a trusted member of our technical team is onsite for your activation. Additionally, they can help manage your assigned brand ambassador staff to help run the experience.

What are the power requirements for this activation?

Each station needs a dedicated 110V, 15A, 3-prong outlet on its own circuit. For larger footprints with multiple stations, we coordinate with your venue or production team ahead of time so the right circuits are ready on load-in day.

What are the internet requirements?

We recommend a hardwired ethernet connection or a dedicated WiFi network with at least 25-30 Mbps up and down for smooth, real-time content delivery. As a backup, we bring our own hotspot to every event, so a spotty venue connection won't slow down your activation.
