Jumbo Photo Strip
An editorial photo moment that prints every guest an 8 x 26 inch jumbo photo strip branded to your campaign, turning each takeaway into a walking billboard for your pop-up or launch.

Jumbo Photo Strip Activation

How It Works
- Step onto a branded set with studio lighting, shot by a professional photographer or a self-serve photo kiosk.
- Strike three looks, product in hand if you like.
- Your selects print on site as an 8 x 26 inch jumbo photo strip with the brand band, sleeved for the walk home.
- A branded GIF lands on your phone before you reach the door.

Why Brands BOOK It
A jumbo photo strip is a two-foot-tall billboard for your brand that the guest chooses to carry. Every print leaves with a real customer's face on it and your brand front and center, and it keeps working on the subway, at dinner and on every feed it lands on long after the event ends.

For Fenty Beauty's Pro Filt'r Fluid Flex launch with NVE Experience Agency, we ran the Jumbo Photo Strip in New York during Fashion Week and in the Miami Design District a week later:
- 1,100+ guests photographed across two cities
- 1,100+ jumbo strips carried out into New York and Miami
- 3,000+ editorial frames captured and delivered to the brand
- Signed photo waivers collected from every guest
- Guest portraits used in Fenty Beauty's out-of-home (OOH) advertising campaigns
- One crew and one playbook across both cities, a week apart
- Under three weeks from first call to doors open

Pair it with a media wall and the activation advertises itself. Fresh guest portraits refresh in the window all day, stopping people on the sidewalk and pulling them into the line.
Because every guest signs a photo waiver at check-in, the shoot doubles as a content engine. Fenty Beauty took the guest portraits from this activation straight into its out-of-home advertising.
"The photos were definitely the biggest draw. They pulled the longest line in the whole space. Total hit."

FAQ
How big is a jumbo photo strip?
Our standard is 8 x 26 inches, more than four times the length of a classic 2 x 6 photo booth strip, with three square editorial frames and a custom brand band. We can also print 8 x 18, 8 x 22 or 8 x 32 inch strips. Big enough to read across a room, and big enough that people on the street stop to look.
Are the jumbo strips printed on site?
Yes. Every strip is printed on site on premium large format photo paper and sleeved for the walk home, so guests leave with the finished print in hand.
How long do prints take?
Approximately 1.5 minutes per print. We can spool up 2 to 8 printers to scale the activation to your desired throughput.
Do we need a photographer?
No. The experience can run with a professional photographer directing each guest, or from a self-serve photo kiosk that handles the shoot and sends the strip straight to print. We'll recommend the right setup based on the look, budget and pace of your event.
How is this different from a regular photo booth strip?
Scale and production value. Studio lighting and a branded set give every frame a campaign look, whether a professional photographer is directing or guests shoot from a photo kiosk, and the print carries your brand at a size that works as advertising rather than a wallet keepsake.
Do guests get a digital copy?
Yes. Alongside the print, each guest gets a branded GIF by text or email before they leave. Every guest signs a digital photo waiver at check-in, along with any data capture you need.
Can we use the photos in our own marketing?
Yes. Every guest signs a photo waiver at check-in, and we deliver campaign-grade stills in galleries split by city and day. Fenty Beauty used guest portraits from its jumbo photo strip activation in its out-of-home (OOH) advertising campaigns.
Can the photos appear on a screen or media wall at the event?
Yes. We program an instant selects handoff so the latest frames appear on a media wall or storefront display, usually within a minute of capture.
How far in advance should we book?
The more lead time, the more room for set design and print approvals, but we have taken this format from first call to doors open in under three weeks.
Do you work with experiential agencies and producers?
Yes. Much of our work is produced alongside agency and in-house experiential teams. We slot into your production schedule, brand approvals and run of show, and can run the same playbook across multiple markets.
What locations are you able to provide Jumbo Photo Strip Activation services in?
Post Pop Studios provides Jumbo Photo Strip Activation services to events and experiential activations worldwide. We are based around the US and often travel to many markets including but not limited to: New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Orlando, Miami, San Francisco, Denver, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Boston, Washington D.C., Columbus, Charlotte, Austin, Cincinnati, Dallas, Louisville, Las Vegas, San Antonio, Nashville, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Houston, San Diego, Seattle, Atlanta, Salt Lake City, Barcelona, London, Berlin, Toronto, Vancouver, Cleveland, Phoenix, San Jose, Milwaukee, Irvine, Scottsdale, Kansas City, Jacksonville, Boise, Reno, Green Bay, Brooklyn, Buffalo, Portland, Hawaii.
How much does a Jumbo Photo Strip Activation cost for an event?
Each creative project is unique and the production costs will invariably reflect that. Please give us a call or email us and we'll get back to you with a general estimate on costs straight away.
How much space does the experience need?
Plan for your photo set plus a print table of roughly 6 x 4 ft. The print station connects over WiFi, so it can sit off to the side or back of house to keep the floor clear. We confirm exact requirements against your venue plan during pre-production.
How many guests can you get through in an hour?
Throughput depends on how directed the shoot is and how many printers we run. For Fenty Beauty, four printers handled roughly 240 to 330 guests a day. With 2 to 8 printers spooled up, we size print capacity, capture stations and staffing against your expected attendance so the queue keeps moving.
How do you ensure our activation will run smoothly?
With our years of experience delivering the industry's most complex photo booth systems, we always ensure a trusted member of our technical team is onsite for your activation. Additionally, they can help manage your assigned brand ambassador staff to help run the experience.
What are the power requirements for this activation?
One dedicated 15-amp circuit outlet per 2 printers. Dedicated means nothing else, like DJ, lighting or engraving gear, is drawing from that circuit. Printers also run best in a cool, climate-controlled spot. We review your venue's electrical plan ahead of load-in and can bring battery power stations as backup.
What are the internet requirements?
We recommend a hardwired ethernet connection or a dedicated WiFi network with at least 25-30 Mbps up and down for smooth, real-time content delivery. As a backup, we bring our own hotspot to every event, so a spotty venue connection won't slow down your activation.
